The products and services provided by Invitek P/L are manufactured using additive manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing processes. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and limitations.

Last Updated: 25/05/2026

At Invitek Pty Ltd, most of our products are custom-made to order using 3D printing technology.

Because every job is manufactured specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or customer file/design errors.

Returns & Refunds

We may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • We supplied the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The finished product significantly differs from the approved order details

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Things to Keep in Mind

3D printed parts may naturally contain:

  • Small layer lines
  • Minor surface marks
  • Slight dimensional tolerances
  • Minor colour variations

These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not usually considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once printing or manufacturing has started, cancellations may not be possible due to material and labour costs already incurred.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking file accuracy before submission
  • Confirming dimensions and specifications
  • Ensuring parts are suitable for their intended use

We are not responsible for issues caused by errors in customer-supplied designs or files.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
