3. User-Submitted Files

By uploading files to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the files or have permission to use them
• The files do not infringe any intellectual property rights
• The files do not contain unlawful, dangerous, or prohibited content

You retain ownership of your uploaded designs. However, you grant us a limited license to use, process, modify, and manufacture the files solely for fulfilling your order.

4. Prohibited Content

We do not print or manufacture items that:

• Violate intellectual property laws
• Are illegal in your jurisdiction
• Contain hate speech or explicit unlawful content
• Are designed as weapons or prohibited firearm components
• Pose safety or regulatory risks

We reserve the right to reject and cancel prohibited orders without notice.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and may change without notice.

Quotes are estimates based on:

• Material usage
• Print time
• Complexity
• Finishing requirements
• Shipping costs

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Production and Lead Times

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Equipment maintenance
• Material shortages
• File errors
• Shipping carrier issues
• High order volumes

We are not liable for losses resulting from production or delivery delays.

7. Quality and Manufacturing Tolerances

3D printing is a manufacturing process with inherent tolerances and limitations.

Minor variations may occur in:

• Color
• Surface finish
• Dimensions
• Strength
• Material texture

Customers are responsible for reviewing specifications before placing an order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring uploaded files are correct and printable
• Verifying dimensions and specifications
• Testing prototypes before commercial or safety-critical use
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

We are not responsible for design flaws or engineering failures in customer-submitted models.

9. Refunds and Replacements

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are generally final.

However, we may offer refunds, replacements, or store credit if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The order materially differs from the approved specifications
• Production defects are verified

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Customer design errors
• Incorrect dimensions submitted by the customer
• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing
• Shipping delays outside our control

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected packages.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and service materials are owned by Invitek Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitek Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Product misuse
• Design defects in customer-submitted files
• Failure of printed parts in operational use

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invitek Pty Ltd, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your uploaded content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect uploaded files and personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our services or staff
• Submit prohibited content

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria/Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Geelong, Victoria Australia.
